Human resources management (HRM) is concerned with the people factor at work, a factor that plays a key role in organisations that act in more and more complex environments. Accordingly, HRM plays a strategic role in the company. Tasks include, for example, Recruiting and Selection, Compensation Management, HR Development and Training, HRM & Leadership, Individual and Group Behaviour, as well as Talent Management, the role of Employer Branding and Ethics in HRM.
